According to the Khabarovsk Territory’s governmental press service, 93 million rubles has been paid to young families since early 2025.

“Our goal is to create conditions where each family would feel state support. This implies that the Territory provides a set of social support measures to families with newly born children,” a spokesperson for the local Ministry of Social Protection said.

In addition to payments due upon the birth of the first child, the regional project envisages other support measures, including a monthly birth and upbringing allowance and the regional maternal capital for a second child.

This year, the total sum of allocations for implementing the regional project amounts to 5.4 billion rubles.
