The hospital received a mobile Digital Medical and Obstetrical Station, which is a hardware and software system, and a portable X-ray apparatus. The new equipment will expand the doctors’ capacity to render medical assistance to the residents of remote villages and reindeer breeders, the press service of the Chukotka Autonomous Area reports.

In addition, the hospital’s adult department will have an AI apparatus to analyze a patient’s health based on over 10 indicants.

“Our key task is to provide for the accessibility of quality medical service for the residents in the area. Mobile diagnostic systems is a real instrument that brings medical aid closer to the people,” noted head of the region Vladislav Kuznetsov.
