About 500 young Northerners to relax in Krasnodar Territory under Children of the Arctic program

Students from grades 5-8 will spend a winter session at a children’s wellness camp in the Gelendzhik District under the Children of the Arctic federal program. The first session lasts from November 29 until December 15, and the second one is scheduled for December 1-17, according to the press service of the Murmansk regional government.

Groups of holidaymakers include students from Murmansk, Severomorsk, Apatity, Kandalaksha, Monchegorsk, Polyarniye Zori, Olenegorsk, Kirovsk, as well as the Kola, Pechenga, Kovdor and Tersky districts, Aleksandrovsk, Zaozyorsk and Vidyayevo.

This summer, over 1,750 children from the Kola Peninsula’s Arctic areas relaxed and improved their health in accordance with the Children of the Arctic federal program.
