The Government and the Bank of Russia will analyze the mechanism for providing Far Eastern and Arctic mortgages and, if necessary, will adjust it. The relevant instruction is posted on the Kremlin website.

A keynote implementation report will be submitted until March 1, 2026.

Earlier, the President instructed the Government to modify the program’s terms until December 1 and to include families who have given birth to their third and subsequent children after January 1, 2024 in the list of recipients.

A bill on including the secondary housing market in Far Eastern and Arctic mortgage programs will be submitted in the first quarter of 2026.
