Children from six months to two years will get free supplementary nutrition in the Chukotka Autonomous Area since 2026, said the region’s Governor Vladislav Kuznetsov.“This decision is another step to support the families that live in our area. Creation of comfortable conditions for families and increase in the birth rate are priorities for us,” he stressed.Now, the parents will receive vegetable and fruit mash in addition to the milk formula. The mash will be available monthly at all medical institutions after a checkup, with due account of the child’s age and condition.
