Modern energy service solutions to be adopted in the Far East and the Arctic

The expected total amount of investments in modernizing the energy infrastructure in the Far East and the Arctic will amount to 10 billion rubles, according to the press service of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.

Modern energy service solutions, including autonomous hybrid complexes, are to be developed and adopted under an agreement between the Corporation, Krasnoyarsk Territory Government and Rusnano. The first projects will be implemented in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which is to become a launchpad for scaling up the technologies in the Far East and the Arctic.

“It means an opportunity for the region to upgrade its infrastructure, reduce the budget and consumers’ costs on energy resources, and give an impetus to establishing new small and medium-sized businesses,” underlined the Krasnoyarsk Territory Minister of Industry and Trade Maxim Yermakov.
