The 11th Eastern Economic Forum’s official website has published its business program. The event is to be held in Vladivostok on September 1-4, 2026.
The forum’s main topic reads: The Far East: Development for the Benefit of People. As for the business program, it includes over 70 sessions representing five tracks.
“Held in the Far East, the Eastern Economic Forum can be largely credited for bringing about almost 3,000 investment projects worth 6,5 trillion rubles. It has also played its part in launching over 1,100 companies and creating over 180,000 jobs. I am convinced that this forum will be just as fruitful and productive as the previous ones,” Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev said.
The forum will offer experts a platform for discussing master plans for 25 Far Eastern cities, as well as the Socioeconomic Development Strategy for the Far Eastern Federal District until 2030 with a forecast to 2036.
There will also be special emphasis on promoting the Far Eastern Federal District’s ties with its international partners. The program provides for holding business dialogue sessions with entrepreneurs from China, India, the UAE, Mongolia, Vietnam and ASEAN countries.
