Working group for training specialists of Yakutia’s power industry established

The working group will consist of representatives of major regional education institutions, students and members of the youth community Movement of Supercharged People, as per the press service of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Attending a working meeting, heads of the North-Western Federal University, the Arctic State Agro-Technological University, the Yakutia Water Transport Institute, the Zhatai and Yakutsk industrial technical schools and the Sakha Polytechnic Lyceum, as well as representatives of a subsidiary of Rosseti Co., agreed to organize joint events, including competitions between engineers, forums and guided tours of power industry facilities.
The partners will prioritize advanced training sessions and on-job training at industrial facilities. The involvement of students in career guidance projects will help prospective candidates find jobs to their liking and will facilitate their subsequent promotions in the power industry.
