About 180 state support programs for businesses, including residents of preferential regimes, are listed in the reference book posted on the Working in the Far East and Arctic website.
According to the press service of the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, this tool will help employers implement teambuilding projects and reduce HR expenses.
The catalogue systematizes federal and regional support measures, specifically, labor mobility programs, employment incentives, including those for people with health impairments, employment support, as well as personnel training and retraining projects.
“Earlier, employers had to collect data on available support measures from various sources. From now on, all current programs are listed in one edition,” Director of the Corporation’s HR Development Department Kirill Klimenko noted.
He added that the compilation of the catalogue was part of comprehensive efforts by the Corporation to provide Far Eastern and Arctic enterprises with qualified human resources.
