The Primorye Territory is still in the lead among FEFD regions under the Far Eastern Mortgage program, the local Government’s press service reports.“There were 74 percent more Far Eastern mortgage deals in May 2026 than in May 2025: 207 transactions against 119,” Deputy Prime Minister Olga Ivannikova said.The first five months of this year saw 1,047 mortgage loans drawn under the program.The Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage program has been implemented since December 2019, with 48,647 loans worth 254 billion rubles granted.
