The Khabarovsk territory of advanced development (TAD Khabarovsk) will be increased at the expense of additional land plots of Bolshoi Ussuriysky Island and part of the Amur River water area.
According to the Government press service, this decision will make it possible to implement some projects with a view to develop a comprehensive investment platform on the island.

“We are talking about building infrastructure for providing cargo transshipment services, city embankment improvement, construction of two four-star hotel complexes, a glamping hotel, a yacht club and a multifunctional complex for rendering a variety of services for business and people. Investments in these projects will exceed 11 billion rubles. They will also create 430 jobs,” reads the report.

A resolution on expanding TAD Zabaikalye by adding land plots of the Zabaykalsky municipal area is also in the pipeline. This decision will allow to realize some investment projects to begin production of construction materials and building of a transport and logistic hub. Investments in these projects will exceed 11 billion rubles. They will also create 290 jobs.
