Abdurazak Razakov, Deputy Director of the Investment Department of the Far East and the Arctic Development Corporation (FEADC), reported on state support for investors at the Trans-Baikal Foreign Economic Forum New Horizons 2026.
According to the FEADC press service, there are several preferential regimes for businesses – Territories of Advanced Development (TAD), the International Priority Development Area (IPDA), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), the Arctic Zone (AZRF), and the preferential regime of the Kuril Islands (PRKI).
Abdurazak Razakov pointed out that the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic and the FEADC offer a broad range of tax benefits and administrative preferences to investors.
In addition, the key services the FEADC offers to businesses include one-stop shop support, assistance for receiving land plots and connecting them to infrastructure, assistance in attracting soft-term financing, legal protection and personnel, information and marketing support, including the branding of products with the trademark, Made in TAD and FPV Far East.
The FEADC official said that the Kadalinsky Industrial Park and Zabaikalye TAD offered attractive conditions for small and medium-sized businesses. Residents can lease industrial and administrative buildings with electricity, water and sewerage systems at lower-than-market rates. The park will open in 2026.
“The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation not only offers benefits but also full-scale support for investors, from project planning to implementation and subsequent functioning. We are open for dialogue and ready to provide comprehensive advisory services,” Abdurazak Razakov stated.
So far, 114 residents are implementing their projects in the territories of advanced development of the Trans-Baikal Territory, and 38 of them have reached the production stage. The total volume of declared investments is over 990 billion rubles, and the number of jobs will be over 38,000. Businesses have already invested 450 billion rubles and created 15,900 jobs.
